So, onto week 5… But before i tell you all what I’ve been eating, I need to say a few things.
Firstly this week I had a gain, it may have been small, but it hurt a lot because I was so close to getting my stone award. However, I am motivated because I hadn’t gone over my syns and I had been good with my food all week! And it’s only due to mother nature that I am now extremely angry and upset with myself. But, onwards and upwards….
Breakfast: Grapes, Melon and pineapple for breakfast, a fruity breakfast for a good start to the day!
Lunch: Tuna pasta salad.
Dinner: Curry with Chicken and noodles, as well as speed food such as peppers, onion and mushroom.
Breakfast: Apple, Strawberries, Melon and grapes, again another healthy breakfast.
Lunch: Thai Noodle salad.
Dinner: Chicken, with SW chips, Broccoli, red onion and mushroom.
Breakfast: Mushrooms with Bacon
Lunch: Homemade soup
Dinner: Chicken Curry with rice, peppers, onion, garlic and sweet potato
Breakfast: Melon, Raspberries and Strawberries.
Lunch: Chicken salad, lettuce, tomato, red onion, cucumber
Dinner: Noodle salad
Breakfast: Melon, Raspberries and strawberries
Lunch: Chicken Salad, Lettuce, red onion, tomato and cucumber
Dinner: Tuna pasta salad.
Breakfast: Mushroom with Bacon
Lunch: Potato salad
Dinner: Chicken with SW chips, Mushroom, red onion and peppers
Breakfast: Melon (before i went the gym), then had Mushroom with Bacon
Lunch: Chicken stir fry, with peppers and water chestnuts
Dinner: Chicken and Bacon with pasta and Peppers, onion and Mushroom.
Feeling a bit demoralised, but hoping a good week of speed food ahead will get me to that 1 stone award!!!!
