Slimming World Blog – Week 6

So after last weeks set back, i am now on track to lose a stone and gain my award!!!!

Day 36:

Breakfast: Mushroom  with Bacon, a full breakfast because I had a busy day ahead and may not have time to eat a full lunch!

Lunch: Banana, Grapes, Pineapple and Strawberries a healthy lunch to keep me going all day!

Dinner: Chicken and Noodles with Peppers and Water Chestnuts, i do love a good stir fry so this time i decided to try the water chestnuts this time, and they were nice and full of speed!

Day 37:

Breakfast: A quick breaky because i was at work all day, so i had strawberries and an apple along with a muller light yoghurt.

Lunch: Tuna pasta salad

Dinner: Ham with slimming world nachos and spinach, lettuce and tomato! i would so recommend the SW Nachos, they were so nice!

Day 38:

Breakfast: Mushroom with Bacon and  muller yoghurt to follow!  a big breaky is always good to start the day off with!

Lunch: Homemade soup – so easy to get your speed food in with a warm and filling lunch

Dinner: Roasting Beef in a fajita sauce with rice, onion, pepper, sugar snap peas.

Day 39:

Breakfast: Raspberries, strawberries, banana and grapes – a fruitful breakfast to start the day off well!

lunch: A speed food lunch because of the lack of time i had during the day – Red onion carrot and an apple

Dinner: Thai noodle salad

Day 40:

Breakfast: Bacon by itself but followed by an apple

Lunch: Subway salad full of lettuce, tomato, cucumber and red onion, with Chicken and sweet chilli sauce for half a syn!

Dinner: Mugshot (tomato pasta) with chicken and mushroom

Day 41:

Breakfast: An apple with a hifi bar to start off my busy day!

Lunch: another subway salad because i just cant get enough rabbit food – LOL! Lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion and pepper with chicken and sweet chilli sauce for half a syn!

Dinner: Chilli con carne (homemade) with rice, pepper, mushroom and onion.

Day 42:

Breakfast: Bacon with mushroom

Lunch: Thai noodle salad

Dinner: Bacon with pasta, peppers, onion and mushroom in a tomato sauce.

WEIGH IN: loss of 1 1/2 pounds

Finally lost a stone!

And now on to another week and my next half a stone!
