This week has been really tough for me, I’ve come down with an illness which has meant me not being able to eat properly because I keep being sick. (Sorry, i know it’s gross, but sharing is caring lol!)
However, I haven’t gone off plan or binged out on ‘good’ food, which I suppose is a big bonus. I know I haven’t been able to eat lot, but every time i have been able to eat I’ve had speed food or food that is free and have hardly touched my syns over the past couple of days.
This is probably the first time in my life where I haven’t binged out on sweets or chocolate whilst being ill. I suppose this is a step forward in the whole ‘lifestyle changes’ that I have been making to my diet and the way I eat.
Another thing I have been doing is drinking a lot of water and sleeping more this week than I can ever remember! But, this shows that a good nights sleep and drinking loads more water can make all the difference to a ‘bad’ week!
And I know this is going to come as a shock, however, the weight I’ve lost this week is quite a bit more than normal, but I know what I need to do in plan for next week to go my weigh!- lol
